  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and performance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Any opened or used bait (soft plastics, live bait substitutes, etc.).

  • Any opened chemical products (scents, dyes, cleaners, etc.).

  • Tackle or equipment that shows any signs of use, wear, or damage not present at the time of shipment.

  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion (these will be clearly marked).

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@berkley-fishinghub.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a defective item).

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.

  • Approval & Timing: Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Deductions: The refund will be for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you at your expense.
